Description
Driving outside the City of Tegucigalpa towards the northern parts of the country, I came across this wonderful place called Atolera Yoselin. It is a combination restaurant, cafeteria, convenience store, and a place where hundreds of wooden carvings are made and displayed. Their dedicated food specialties are products that are derived from corn with the best quality and freshness. I had the pleasure of trying a local yogurt/pudding made from corn called "atole" - hence the name "atolera" - and it was delicious.
