Description
After trying the local delicacy (the Atole) and photographing the numerous pieces of artwork and carvings around this place, I took a walk around the back of the to see what happens behind the scenes and away from the average tourists' eyes. There is a large corn field and farm behind this massive property. Many men could be seen working the fields, along with the assistance of many donkeys, mainly transporting the corn and corn waste from one point to the next. It is a hard life on the farm from 4:00 am to almost 8:00 pm every day, 7 days a week.
