Description
This is image of the sign and stone tablet marker found at the Antelope Trail Interpretive Market rest area on US Highway 89A crossing the Colorado River at Marble Canyon.
As you drive from the North Rim of the Grand Canyon heading south to the South Rim of the Grand Canyon, you will come across the Antelope Trail Interpretive Market rest stop and the Navajo Bridge. The bridge crosses over what is known as Marble Canyon and the Colorado River in the northern part of Arizona, from Lee's Ferry to the confluence with the Little Colorado River, which marks the beginning of the Grand Canyon. I find this design of the stone marker and the surrounding stones very intriguing with their various colours and textures.
All images are taken with a Canon 5D III (full frame) and a Canon 7D II (crop frame) using a variety of Canon L-Series lenses, and Tamron and Sigma pro-line lenses; processed in RAW with ACR, PSC, Photomatix, and a variety of other imaging software.
