The Equestrian Statue of King Henri IV is a bronze statue located on the Ile de la Cite close to Pont Neuf (one of the most famous and the oldest bridge in Paris, named by King Henri IV himself as "New Bridge" as it was the very first one constructed without houses).
This statue is actually a replica of the original dating fback rom the 1600s, however, this particular statue was put in place in 1818 and is one of the many monuments in Paris that you can discover today. It is classified as a historical monument in Paris.
All images are taken with a Canon 5D III (full frame) and a Canon 7D II (crop frame) using a variety of Canon L-Series lenses, and Tamron and Sigma pro-line lenses; processed in RAW with ACR, PSC, Photomatix, and a variety of other imaging software.
