Description
Over the years, as a traveling photographer, I have learned to stop in one spot and look in front of me, to my sides, above, below, down, and in every direction; sometimes even walk backwards, turn around 90 degrees and 180 degrees and walk backwards, etc. By doing so, you will be surprised what intrigues your eyes as a photographer.
I saw this very small drain hole on one of the small side streets in the City of Lisbon, and it caught my eye. Part stone, part tile, and a little drain hole in the middle. Who knows why it is what it is, but it was for me to spend a few quick minutes and compose this image.
